Auto-Collation   Data sent to Outlook usually requires receivers to piece information together from multiple sources. With Clovis, automatic data collation brings together information from many senders into a single, convenient location. Information can be viewed and sorted within convenient Outlook folders or analysed real-time in Excel workbooks. Auto-Updating   E-mail discussion threads flood traditional Outlook inboxes with nearly identical records. With Clovis, data records automatically update, eliminating duplicates and reflecting the latest information. Self-Cleaning   Outlook e-mails clog Inboxes without regular user attention while Clovis automatically expires out-of-date records, keeping folders fresh and lean. Junk Filtering Traditional Outlook has limited and labor-intensive features to stem unwanted junk mail. With Clovis only authorized e-mails can appear in Clovis folders rendering junk mail obsolete. High Performance   Outlook processes 5 mails (folder lines) per second. Clovis allows many records per mail and can process 500 records (folder lines) per second. Structured Folders Outlook’s folder structures only display limited information about e-mails. Clovis makes folder structures dynamic to reflect the structure of data within mails, allowing users to easily compare data within folder views. Data Sharing   Outlook bundles all data into bulky .PST files that are difficult to interface with other programs. Each Clovis folder has a standard .CSV data file that links easily to other applications. Live Link to Excel   Users can establish real-time Excel connections to Clovis data files to feed fresh, changing data into spreadsheets and presentations, which are automatically updated as new e-mails arrive. Line Item Reply   Clovis allows users to reply to an entire message from a sender or to reply to unique line items. Standard Outlook only allows replies to an entire message.

Frequent Updates Frequent e-mails fill Outlook Inboxes with unwanted and unread mail. Clovis keeps Outlook folders clean by updating and expiring data allowing senders to broadcast fresh information that is never intrusive. Remote Control   With Outlook, out-of-date or incorrect information cannot be retrieved by senders. With Clovis, a single mail can update or expire any of the sender’s information in a remote Clovis folder. Defined Reply Addresses With Outlook, Reply-To addresses are suggested, whereas with Clovis, receivers can reply only to comment fields defined by senders or folders. Secure Data E-mail encryption is not a default feature in Outlook. With Clovis, sensitive information is protected by default 128-bit encryption and content can be specific to each recipient. Forwarded mails can only be read with valid licences. Secure Links Outlook allows simple hyperlinks to appear as standard links and buttons in e-mails. Or with Clovis each user can receive encrypted hyperlinks to connect them contextually direct to secure web pages or applications without requiring them to enter passwords. Data Integrity   Clovis enforces data integrity by specifying field types. Data that is sent and received must conform to definitions such as dates or decimals and can be sorted and used along those definitions. Master Level User Authorization   Clovis user permissions can be defined at the level of folder, permissioning who may and may not send. For example access to a project plan folder may be restricted to senders within a single corporation while a credit pricing folder may be open to a group of senders from different companies. Quicker IT Projects   Customizing data feeds for clients is costly and time-consuming. Clovis allows senders to quickly set up new data feeds and end-users to customize their own data receipt, freeing IT departments from bespoke projects.
